Coordinate sustainability processes for commercial shoots

Support EcoSet Production Supervisor to manage prep, shoot and wrap phases of multiple productions simultaneously

Oversee equipment, supplies and expendables

Train and lead Eco Crew in their daily roles and responsibilities on set

Track and organize data from each project and assist with reporting processes
Compensation:
-
$23-$25/hour based on experience
-
8 hr work day / 40 hrs per week guaranteed

Overtime is compensated after 8 and 12 hours per California employment requirements
Schedule: Weekdays 9am - 5:30pm (in person at EcoSet headquarters)
Reuse Assistant
Logistics support for materials diversion and donation services
EcoSet service segments: ReDirect, Materials Oasis reuse center
Reports to: Reuse Coordinator, Materials Oasis Coordinator, Logistics Captain
Classification: Hourly, full-time (non-exempt)

Support Reuse department in all functions including logistics, labor and transportation

Support Materials Oasis donation operations

Support daily warehouse upkeep and functions

Maintain safety in all warehouse and logistics operations

Assist with EcoSet vehicle upkeep

Facilitate deliveries and pickups, including driving, loading and unloading
Compensation:

$22-$24/hour based on experience

8 hr work day / 40 hrs per week guaranteed
