Free used production materials are available by appointment only. Appointments open up 3 weeks in advance.

 

Can't get scheduled? Join our wait list through the scheduler below.

We have 3 primary appointment types:

GENERAL BROWSE

Browse our entire stock and take your selected items same-day, or place a hold on large items. No holds are allowed on props, decor, home goods, clothing or items smaller than a shopping cart.

SCENIC FAST PASS

A limited 30 minute appointment slot for guests seeking scenic walls, flooring or other large items. No furniture, decor, home goods or props can be tagged or taken during a Fast Pass appointment.

PICK UP

Pick up items already on hold within a 1 hour time allowance. This is not a new browse appointment, and you will not be able to take or tag new items at this time.

Pro Tips

  • For an efficient visit, you can pre-print your info on our HOLD TAG TEMPLATE.

  • Bring a SHARPIE and roll of MASKING TAPE.

  • Bring a TAPE MEASURE and WORK GLOVES if you are loading scenic or large items.

Browse appointments are limited to one per person per week. Duplicates will be cancelled. Pick up appointments are limited to picking up only items already on hold.

EcoSet is an active warehouse. We cannot permit children under 14 or any pets in the Materials Oasis.
